Any damage which results from the following are not covered by warranty:
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of the periodic maintenance is not covered, improper repair or adjustment or maintenance, using product as a rental vehicle or commercial use, unauthorized modification made to the product, keeping riding when the vehicle is overheating, installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that changes the original engineering.

Warranty Policy on all assembled off road vehicles. Please note that there are no returns on off road vehicles what so ever, or for any reason what so ever. This warranty does not include SHIPPING, DIAGNOSTIC FEES, wearable parts including tires, electrical parts and/or parts from damaged accidents or abuse and other items and parts listed under "Parts Not Covered" in warranty list. All assembled vehicles are covered by up to a 6 months parts replacement on parts listed under "Covered" in warranty list. 6 months labor warranty is provided but vehicle must be returned to Couper's Classic Cars for service and/or warranty work. Couper's Classic Cars wil not be held liable for any and all repairs or the cost of any repairs provided by a third party. Replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturer only. The manufacturer has the final say on what items will be replaced under warranty. All faulty items from off road vehicles must be returned to Couper's Classic Cars or the manufacturer before replacement parts can be supplied under warranty. Shipping of parts and the cost of shipping is the customer responsibility. Manufacture may pay shipping cost of replacement parts sent. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
