Warrantee Policy on all unassembled off road vehicles
Please note that there are no returns on off road vehicles what so ever, or for any reason what so ever.
This warranty does not include SHIPPING, DIAGNOSTIC FEES, wearable parts, electrical parts and/or parts from damaged accidents or abuse.
All unassembled vehicles are covered by a 3 months parts replacement only and 6 months parts replacement on engine components only. No labor warranty is provided. Replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturer only. The manufacturer has the final say on what items will be replaced under warranty. All faulty items from off road vehicles must be returned to manufacturer before replacement parts can be supplied under warrantee. Shipping of parts and the cost of shipping is the customer responsibility. Manufacture may pay shipping cost of replacement parts sent. .
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

• Do not operate this vehicle after consuming or under the influence of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
• Gasoline is flammable. Shut off engine and allow it to cool, avoid sparks and open flames when refueling.
• Read owner' manual completely and carefully before operating. Keep owners manual with vehicle.
